This is a market research Sources Sought notice, seeking information only. It is not a request for proposals or quotes, and the government is not obligated to acquire any services. Responses are voluntary and will not be paid for. All costs associated with responding are the responsibility of the responding party.

The USACE Pittsburgh District LRP is seeking contractors to replace the roof of the Bossard building in Saegertown, PA. Interested contractors must submit a positive statement of intent, a capability statement, and a dated letter/certification/registration for SB, 8(a), Hubzone, WOSB, EDWOSB, and/or SDVOSB participation by 12:00 PM EDT on August 27, 2025. The anticipated period of performance is 270 days. The solicitation will be conducted under NAICS code **** with an associated small business size standard of 19,000,000 average annual revenue. Failure to submit all requested information may result in the contractor being considered not interested in this requirement.

The government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source for supplies or services. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals, quotations, or capability statements. The government may increase the quantity of supplies in the resultant contract. Delivery of added items will continue at the same rate as the like items called for under the contract, unless otherwise agreed. Documents are available from the DOD Single Stock Point (DODSSP) or online. Interested parties may obtain copies of military and federal specifications and standards, qualified products lists (QPLs), qualified product databases (QPDs), military handbooks, and other standardized documents from the DODSSP. The solicitation identifies the office where additional information can be obtained concerning qualification requirements. The government is not using the policies contained in FAR part 12, acquisition of commercial items, in its solicitation. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to satisfy the government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. One or more items are subject to free trade agreements, Buy American Act, and balance of payments program, and the World Trade Organization government procurement agreement and trade agreements.

Sealed proposals are requested for oncall professional electrical services for Ventura Water and Wastewater divisions. Proposals are due Thursday, September 18, 2025, at 4:00 PM PST. Proposals must be submitted as one hard copy and one PDF electronic copy. All questions regarding the RFP must be submitted via email to ***@***. *. * by September 4, 2025, at 2:00 PM PST. The City of Ventura's General Services Agreement (Attachment C) will be the basis for the final contract. The successful firm will be responsible for providing labor, supervision, materials, equipment, transportation, service, and shop facilities necessary to perform high-quality work. The city may elect to elevate the most qualified firms to an interview phase. All costs associated with the preparation of proposals shall be borne by respondents. Submitted proposals will remain valid for one year after the submission deadline date.

This micro purchase will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, either as a whole or by line item. The seller must quote all items to be eligible for award. Do not deliver or provide services until notified by the department. A consent and authorization agreement is required and must be properly submitted.
