All OSHA and VA safety regulations shall be observed during the performance of the service contract. The VA safety officer shall have full authority to ensure that the contractor obeys all safety rules and regulations relative to the fulfillment of this project. The contractor will perform this work after normal business hours and/or weekends. The contractor must comply with the limitations on subcontracting requirement. The offeror must complete the certification regarding compliance with the limitations on subcontracting requirement. The offeror must submit signed and dated quotes to the contracting officer via email at or before the exact time specified. The email subject line must contain the RFQ number **** to follow instructions may deem the quote non-compliant and no consideration for award.
