Contractors must be licensed in the state of Tennessee and have documented experience with commercial aquac facility renovations, commercial pool plumbing systems, and commercial pool resurfacing. Company name must be on the pre-bid attendee list to be eligible. Bidder must be a licensed contractor in the state of Tennessee, as required by the Contractors Licensing Act of ****, State of Tennessee.
If the successful vendor fails to execute required contracts, the bid bond will be forfeited. If the successful vendor fails to furnish payment and performance bonds and execute a contract within the allowed time, the bid bond deposit will be retained as liquidated damages.
