The bid submission deadline is May 15, 2026, at 3:00 PM ET. Proposals received after this date and time will not be considered for award.

The bid notice states that payments will be made in accordance with Article XIA of the State Finance Law. The agency pays charges after the services and/or products are provided and does not pay in advance. Invoices submitted by the contractor shall only be rendered electronically unless payment by paper check is expressly authorized by the agency.

All materials and workmanship provided under the resultant contract shall be warranted for a minimum of one year. Where the contractor, product manufacturer, or service provider generally offers additional or more advantageous warranties, such additional or more advantageous warranty shall apply.

The award of the contract will be made to a responsive, responsible, and qualified bidder who offers the lowest grand total bid meeting all minimum specifications as outlined in this IFB.

To be considered qualified and responsive, bidders must provide written documentation that they have produced printed screens similar in scope to this IFB within the past three years, including client name, timeframe of services, project description, number and type of screens, and visual examples. If offering an or equal product, a specification sheet detailing it is required.

The bid notice mentions that proposals received after the date and time in the IFB timeline will not be considered for award and may be returned, unopened, to the sender. It also states that contacting individuals other than designated contacts may result in disqualification.

Attendance at the pre-bid site visit is mandatory to be eligible to submit a bid. Vendors must notify the designated contact by the date and time indicated in the IFB timeline to be allowed to attend.

Vendors are required to submit a sample screen that meets all specifications, including material, grommets, ink, printing, and production. A digital file of the requested screen will be shared with vendors who attend the mandatory site visit.

Protests must be received by the designated contact no later than five business days after a debriefing or ten business days after the written notice of selection or nonselection for contract award, whichever is later.

The bid notice states each bidder should state time of proposed delivery of goods or services.

When the contractor has performed in accordance with the provisions of this agreement, city of lawrenceville shall pay to the contractor, within thirty 30 days of receipt of any department approved payment request and based upon work completed or service provided pursuant to the contract, the sum so requested, less the retainage stated in this agreement, if any.

The contractor shall warrant all materials and workmanship for one 1 year after the date of acceptance by the city.

The city will determine the lowest responsive and responsible bidders based on the base bid and thosealternates or optional items selected by the city. Award will be made to the suppliers submitting the lowest responsive and responsible quotes.

The city of lawrenceville is requesting quotes from licensed and qualified contractors to provide all labor, material, and equipment in performing all work necessary for maintenance, repairs, andor installations of plumbing systems, components, and fixtures as required by the citys service requests.

The city may penalize the contractor one percent 1 per day for a period of up to ten 10 days for each day that delivery or replacement is late.

The bid notice states the contract term is effective 7/1/26, or upon award, through 6/30/27.
