Replace water source heat pump where specified. Other HVAC equipment is to remain. Conference Center: The main BAS panel, unitary temperature control panels ( TCCPs), and specified controls for existing and new equipment will be replaced. Replace gas furnaces and condensing units where specified. Other HVAC equipment is to remain. Guest rooms: The replacement of existing PTAC controls with new wireless thermostats that are integrated into the Lodge Buildings BAS panel. Existing PTACs and ceiling mounted exhaust fans in all guest rooms are to remain. Ceiling mounted exhaust fans will not be integrated into the BAS.

HVAC installation services at the San Antonio State Supported Living Center Installation of four ( 4) variable refrigerant flow ( VRF) units for buildings 670 and 671. The contractor shall complete installations as follows: a. Four ( 4) VRF indoor units, two ( 2) per building. Preferably Samsung VRF units, or an equivalent unit of the same quality which must be approved by the San Antonio SSLC facility. b. Two ( 2) VRF outdoor unit heat pumps, one ( 1) per building. c.
