The contractor warrants that the warranty period shall be the greater of the contract term or any other warranty generally offered by the contractor. Goods or services must conform to contract terms throughout the warranty period, and any defects must be corrected at no additional charge.
The contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible respondent offering the best combination of attributes based on evaluation criteria, which include general qualifications, technical qualifications, oral presentations, and cost. It is not necessarily to the respondent offering the lowest cost.
Respondents must meet general qualifications and experience requirements, including providing financial documentation, credit references, and details about their business structure, employees, and any past litigation or bankruptcy proceedings. Technical qualifications will be evaluated based on the proposed solution's ability to meet system requirements.
The RFP mentions that unauthorized contact may result in disqualification. Failure to comply with contract terms, including insurance requirements or the prohibition of illegal immigrants, can be grounds for contract termination.
