This includes tear- off of the existing roof system ( EPDM membrane with rock ballast over cover board and insulation), disposal of debris, installation of new insulation ( ISO and HD ISO cover board), installation of a 135mil fleeceback TPO membrane ( fully adhered), installation of prefabricated aluminum parapet coping, removal of existing metal decking and disposal of debris, installation of new 20- gauge steel decking, and installation of an overflow scupper with tapered crickets and a collector head/downspout. It also includes removing an HVAC unit and its curbing, and removing two residual vents.
