This is a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for National Western Center Triangle Sitewide Design Services on-call. The project involves design activities for the Triangle area, including site plan refinement and horizontal infrastructure. The contract term is five years. The selection process will be based on qualifications and prior history of performance, with a two-phased approach. Phase 1 focuses on qualifications and prior history, while Phase 2 involves an interview and additional information. The city will evaluate all responsive submittals in phase 1 of the evaluation process and will measure each submitters response against the criteria set forth in this rfq, resulting in a numerical score.
Firms must demonstrate qualifications and experience related to the required services, including campus planning, large-scale infrastructure program delivery, stakeholder management, regulatory processes, and innovative delivery methods. The consultant team should demonstrate successful experience in the following areas at a minimum: 45 total points campus planning and design delivery of largescale infrastructure program andor projects management of a large group of diverse stakeholders management of regulatory processes on large infrastructure projectsprograms experience with major scope elements as outlined in the rfq
