The bid is for aircraft air conditioning, heating, and pressurizing equipment. It is set aside for small businesses only. The solicitation will be available on DLA DIBBS on November 25, 2025. Inspection and acceptance are at origin. Higher level quality is required.

The Illinois Department of Public Health is seeking a provider for medical clearance and fit testing to meet OSHA requirements for staff respiratory protection. The bid opening date is November 13, 2025. The selected vendor must possess all mandatory qualifications and offer the lowest price. The quote must be valid for 90 days from the submission date and include all expenses.

This is a five-year contract with five one-year pricing periods for home oxygen and ventilator services. The period of performance is from March 01, 2026, to February 28, 2031, or up to Augusta 31, 2031. The maximum contract value is $16,000,****, with a guaranteed minimum of $500. 00. The contractor must provide setup, installation, and management of home oxygen services and ventilation. The contractor must deliver and set up in the patients residence all equipment and supplies ordered. The contractor shall provide emergency services on a 24-hour basis, and the contractor shall provide services at the patients home no more than four 4 hours of receiving a call. The contractor shall provide initial setups and emergency service seven 7 days a week, twentyfour 24 hours a day, this includes holidays. Patients shall be notified of expected delivery times by the contractor. Veterans shall be provided with a four 4 hour delivery time window for expected time of delivery. Deliveries of medical equipment and supplies shall be made in full. If the contractor is unable to fulfill the full prescribed medical equipment and supplies list, they may choose partial delivery. The contractor shall deliver portable oxygen equipment to previously established and new patients being discharged to their home from nonva facilities and other facilities as requested by va staff per the needs of the veteran. Equipment shall be delivered within four 4 hours of the request. The contractor shall visit patients residences for regularly scheduled maintenance visits in performance of this contract by appointment only between the hours of 7: 00 a. m. and 7: 00 p. m. Exceptions shall be made in the cases of emergencies. The contractor is responsible for scheduling the appointments to the patients home **** hours prior to the appointment. The contractor shall provide the patient signs for all entrances into the patients residence, stating warning oxygen in use, no smoking or other verbiage that no smoking is allowed due to oxygen being present and document that the patientcaregiver is instructed in the safe use of oxygen and equipment per osha regulations. The contractor shall attach patient education and expectations placard to all concentrators and liquid oxygen stationary systems. The contractor shall be responsible for coordinating all home oxygen for patients who travel both within and outside their respective contracted area of responsibilityjurisdiction, unless otherwise indicated.
