After completion of work, the vendor and city representative must complete a walkthrough check list to approve the finished project before invoices are paid.

The warranty for workmanship and material must be stated, and within the warranty period, if cracks or any flaws appear, the vendor is to return and make any repairs free of charge to the city of lebanon.

The contract award, if made, shall be to the lowest, best, and most responsive bid that is in the citys best interest.

Vendor must have a contractors license, and must include a copy of workers compensation and liability insurance.

In the event the awarded vendor does not perform any or all parts of the agreement to the satisfaction of the city of lebanon, the vendor will be given a 30day written notice of cancelation.

All vendors must be incompliance with all city codes and current with all city fees and taxes to be considered as a responsive bidder or participant in this process.

Proposals will be received until 12:00 pm September 3, 2026.

The county reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals, to waive formalities in the responses, and to choose the response that is in the best interests of the county.

Delivery terms vary by item, such as 710 days aro or 14 days aro, and items are to be delivered on a called for as needed by agency basis.
