This is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for grounds maintenance services at the Cape Cod Canal project area in Buzzards Bay, Massachusetts. The contract is set aside for small businesses. The contractor shall furnish the technical point of contact with one invoice per month or at the completion of services. Payment shall be made monthly for the actual services performed at the applicable contract unit price.

Vendors are required to be registered in SAM when submitting a quotation and shall continue to be registered until time of award, during performance, and through final payment. The applicable NAICS code is **** with a small business size standard of $9,500,****.
The contractor is responsible for informing the subcontractors of the safety provisions under the terms of the contract, the penalties for noncompliance, and inspecting subcontractor operations to ensure that accident prevention responsibilities are being carried out.
