The contractor guarantees all service and repairs will be performed in a workmanlike manner. Any claim for defective workmanship must be provided in writing before the agreement termination date, and the contractor will remedy it at no cost. The contractor also warrants against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from installation or until agreement termination, whichever is earlier.
