RFQ for exterior facade repair. Proposals due August 17, 2026. Pre-bid site visit on June 30, 2026. Award will be to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. Proposals must be in English and submitted electronically in PDF format. Offerors must be technically qualified and financially responsible, with recent, relevant experience. Vetting of key personnel is required.
Quotations are due by August 17, 2026, 15:00hrs Pakistan Standard Time. No quotations will be accepted after this time.
Payment requests may be made no more frequently than monthly, covering labor and materials completed and in place. The 14-day period for payment is changed to 30 days.
The contractor warrants that items delivered are merchantable and fit for the particular purpose described in the contract. A warranty of construction is also incorporated.
The U. S. government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price.
Offerors must be technically qualified and financially responsible, able to understand English, have an established business in Pakistan or plans to establish one within 30 days of award, and demonstrate recent, relevant experience with at least two similar projects.
If the contractor fails to complete the work within the time specified, liquidated damages of PKR 10,**** will be assessed for each calendar day of delay.
A pre-bid site visit is mandatory and will be conducted on June 30, 2026, at 11:00 AM Pakistan Standard Time. Offerors must email to register by June 25, 2026.
Following the site visit, all relevant questions must be submitted no later than close of business on July 1, 2026.
Incomplete proposals will not be accepted. Failure to provide requested vetting data via the secure online portal within 35 days of contact will result in disqualification.
