Repair and replacement of the roof on Building 201 Repair and replacement of the roof on Building 201, including limited design services, materials, labor, plant, tools, transportation, equipment, testing services, quality control, and incidentals. This includes demolition of the existing roof system, flashings, insulation, and blocking, as well as installation of a new EPDM roof membrane system with insulation, cover board, prefabricated curbs, walk pads, wood nailers, and secondary drainage.
