Payments will be made in accordance with the village accounts payable cycle. The village shall not be required to pay any interest or late charges on any amount owed to contractor.

The village intends to award the contract to the lowest responsive bid, dependent on qualifications.

Proposals must include references from similar or closely related work, or IDOT prequalification.

An initial site visit is recommended for all interested vendors to evaluate the extent of the project. The site visit should be completed by July 28, 2026.

If the apparent low bidder is unable to meet the requirements of the service contract, the village shall offer the project to the next lowest bidder.
