Demolition Work shall include full or partial demolition of the following existing structures: pipe handrail along the walkway, existing gate, stem, operator, and components. Exterior Structure Upgrades and Repairs The work includes replacing the existing roof systems on the Kentucky Artisan Center in Berea, Kentucky. Roof systems to be replaced include SBS modified bitumen membrane system, slate shingles replaced with asphalt shingles with a slate shingle appearance, and standing seam copper roofing replaced with concealed clip, prefinished standing seam metal roofing. Cut limestone capstones will be cleaned throughout the entire facility. A small amount of aluminum storefront system will be replaced at roof gables.
