The City of St. Louis seeks proposals for professional title services for residential properties. The submission deadline is December 8, 2025, at 4:00 PM CT. Respondent and any proposed subcontractors must possess, and will maintain, a valid city of st. louis business license at the time of execution of the contract or a legally valid waiver of license, according to the bid notice.
Questions must be submitted no later than november 25, 2025 at 4: 45 p. m. cst, according to the bid notice.
