A $250 charge will be applied to vendors who discover a mistake in their bid award after it has been made and want the award rescinded. City payment terms are net 30 days, unless otherwise negotiated. Payment shall be processed upon the City's receipt of an itemized invoice.

Proposals will be evaluated on responsiveness, demonstrated ability, success of the respondent's established eviction prevention program, information on maximizing households assisted, and cost of services.

Respondents shall submit satisfactory evidence that it has a practical knowledge of the project and the necessary financial resources to complete the project.

The City is providing one hundred fifty thousand ($150,****) with a fifteen percent (15%) cap on administrative costs.
