This is a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for public works maintenance services in San Bernardino County. Interested firms must register with the epro system. Contractor shall not enter into any subcontract for work or services contemplated under this agreement without obtaining prior written approval to Kenner. Contractor agrees that it does not have a practice, policy, guidance, or directive that discriminates against a firearm entity or firearm trade association based solely on the entity's or association's status as a firearm entity or firearm trade association. Contractor agrees to the terms and provisions provided for in appendix A applicable to all federally funded and reimbursable agreements.
