This is a competitive, unrestricted action for oily wastewater purification service for the USS Blue Ridge. Quotes are due by December 12, 2025, 11:00 AM Japan Standard Time. The contract includes clauses regarding electronic invoicing, and payment by EFT. The government and Japan have agreed that this contract is exempt from the Japanese consumption tax. All documents shall be written in English or have English translation.
