Bus Financing Government Bids & RFPs

Bids must be delivered no later than 11:00 a. m. on July 27, 2026.

The district shall make the first lease payment upon delivery and acceptance of the buses. Four subsequent annual lease payments shall be made. The school district's financial obligation is limited to making one annual lease payment each year for five years.

Each unit delivered must be guaranteed against faulty material and workmanship for a period of at least one year from the date of delivery. Replacements shall carry the same guarantee as the original equipment.

Award will be made to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder, in accordance with New York State General Municipal Law.

Bidders must submit a statement of bidder's qualifications, including references from the last three school districts or similar entities with whom the bidder has provided similar services.

If the successful bidder fails to deliver as ordered, they may be penalized at a rate of **** per day per bus for each school day units are not delivered or are not ready for inspection.

Illegible, incomplete, conditional, vague or unclear bids may be rejected. Failure to comply with all terms, conditions and provisions may result in disqualification.

Qualified contractors must provide company name, UEI no and CAGE code, point of contact information, specific product(s) offered that fulfill the same function, or evidence of capability, and a description of the product(s) and overall capabilities. Qualified contractors must provide the following information: 1. The name of your company 2. Company UEI no and CAGE code 3. Point of contact, and secondary contact, information 4. The specific product s that your company offers that fulfills the same function as the items to be included on this order or evidence that your company is capable of providing the specific items mentioned above and, 5. A description of that product s and its overall capabilities.

Failure to clearly demonstrate the ability to meet all requirements in a written response may result in the government making an award on a sole source basis. If no written response is received by the deadline that clearly demonstrates an ability to meet all requirements, and that is more advantageous to the government, TCSC will make award on a sole source basis to 1nteger d b a kharon.
