The NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCIA) is seeking bids for a DCIS mission execution anchor capability. Potential US prime contractors must maintain a US facility, be pre-approved for NATO international competitive bidding (ICB), have a Department of Commerce (DOC) declaration of eligibility (DOE), and register with the NCIA's eprocurement tool (NEO). Contractor personnel must be cleared for Class II security areas. The contract will be awarded on a lowest priced technically compliant basis.
