The contractor shall be responsible for safeguarding all government equipment, information, and property provided for contractor use. All deliverables shall be due to the DSca CORs for the applicable task no later than 5:00 PM (**** hours) as appropriate for the time of year standard or daylight savings time and primary performance location for the deliverable.
