The award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The county reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
Bidders must submit a properly completed bid form, non-collusion certification, certification of no conflict of interest, Iranian divestment certification, prevention of sexual harassment certification, and a completed W9 form. Specialty subcontractor listings may be required.
Failure to deliver as specified may result in contract termination and disqualification from future contracts for at least two years. Bid security may be forfeited if a bidder fails to contract after acceptance.
Samples are required of each item and shall be clearly marked with item number and company name. Samples shall be submitted at or before the time of bid opening.
Protests of companies, products, or services must be made within 3 days of bid opening, in writing, to the director of the division of purchase.
Failure to deliver as specified may result in disqualification from receiving future contracts for at least two years. Bids lacking required bid security will not be eligible for award.
