Vendors should provide company information including name, address, website, point of contact, CAGE code, UEI, business size, socioeconomic status, and a brief company background highlighting relevant experience. They must also confirm the ability to comply with the Berry Amendment or provide information on timelines to become compliant.
Submission of product demonstration models (PDMs) is optional and will be used for internal spectral evaluation and hands-on assessment by subject matter experts. Vendors may submit one to three PDMs per capability form factor.
Questions for clarification may be submitted via email no later than June 5, 2026, by 5:00 PM EST.

Exceptions to terms and conditions or failure to meet requirements may result in an unacceptable quote.

This acquisition is set aside for small business concerns. Offerors must provide references and information about previous contracts, including what work was done, who the customer was, and how well the work was performed. The government may contact these references or use other sources to check the offerors history. The offeror agrees to hold the prices in its offer firm for 60 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of offers, unless another time period is specified in an addendum to the solicitation.
If an offeror takes exception to any of the terms and conditions of the RFQ or fails to meet any of the requirements of the RFQ, then the government may consider the quote unacceptable.
