All submissions must be received before Tuesday, June 9, 2026, by 2:30pm PDT.

All warranty and support for hardware software shall be directly registered to butte county. Proof of hardware support registration shall be submitted with delivery of product or emailed directly to the county contact for this order.

This bid form must be signed and submitted to be deemed responsive.

All items shall be completed within 60 days of award, once started the concurrent actions should not exceed two weeks and be during a mutually agreeable timeline between the government and the contractor.

Payment terms are Net 30 days after government acceptance of the supply items/service. Payments shall not be made more frequently than monthly in arrears. Advance payments will not be made.

The government shall award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible quoter as a fixed-price contract on the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) evaluation method.

All quoters shall be authorized resellers and/or servicing agents and must identify and/or provide documentation to confirm their claim. Quoters must submit technical volume with detailed point-by-point description of how the equal to product meets all the salient characteristics of this solicitation.

All questions in response to this solicitation shall be submitted on or before June 10, 2026, by 1:00 PM Washington DC local time.

Quotations that fail to complete the required Representations and Certifications, or reject the terms and conditions of the solicitation, may be excluded from consideration. Quoters that fail to demonstrate meeting any of the requirements will result in a rating of technically unacceptable and will not be considered for award.

The required delivery date is forty days (40 days) after receipt of order (ARO).

The government shall pay the contractor as full compensation for all work required, performed, and accepted under this order 30 days after receipt of the invoice.

The vendor must provide a quality warranty for at least one (1) year for the items, referring to tangible elements, or as stated in the technical specifications of each item. Warranty, maintenance and support must be provided in country Colombia.

The U. S. government intends to award a purchase order if the responsive quote is technically acceptable and reasonably priced.

Unless an exception in FAR **** applies, your company must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) www. ***. *. * in order to be eligible for award.

The government may terminate the contract for default in accordance with the procedures at FAR subpart 49. 4 if the contractor fails to follow tax relief procedures.

Proposals submitted to the American Embassy are exclusive, and any disclosure may result in disqualification from the processes.

The closing date for bids is June 10, 2026.

The bid method is whole item.

Responses must be submitted no later than 12:00 p. m. EST, June 5, 2026.

Respondents must be registered in SAM at the time an offer or quotation is submitted. Firms may indicate if they qualify as a small business (8a, small disadvantaged, woman-owned, HUBZone, service-disabled veteran-owned).
