Latest US Travel Insurance Contracts & Bids

The solicitation is for travel management services for the U. S. Consulate General Hong Kong. The contract is a firm fixed price, one-year base period with four one-year option periods, starting July 1, 2025. The government will pay a transaction fee per transaction, as per attachment 3. The contract includes all necessary materials, equipment, labor, overhead, profit, and general liability insurance. A minimum net of 20,**** or local currency equivalent will be ordered during the contract period. The maximum amount of all transactions shall not exceed USD 1,300,**** or local currency equivalent. Value added taxes are not included in the price. The Department of Labor has waived DBA insurance for certain countries. The successful contractor will be required to purchase DBA insurance for all U. S. citizens or residents and individuals hired in the U. S. , regardless of citizenship, host country nationals, and third-country nationals working under this contract. The contract includes detailed service requirements, including travel reservations, ticket issuance, lodging, rental car services, visa assistance, and advice regarding health requirements. The contractor must comply with the mandatory government program for air travel, the city pair program (CPP). The contractor must offer the lowest available fare that complies with the agency's mission requirements and the mission travel policy. The contractor must also provide lodging reservation services, and endeavor to obtain government rates when available. The contractor must provide environmentally sustainable measures such as offering travelers the option to book train travel for trips under 250 miles to encourage carbon savings.

This is a combined synopsis solicitation for motor passenger transportation, travel, relocation, and lodging services. The period of performance is from October 1, 2025, to September 30, 2027. Vendors can submit quotes using company letterhead, including the price cost schedule. The page limit for quotes has been increased to 75 pages. The VA does not specify the type of vehicle, as long as it meets DOT requirements for wheelchairs and stretchers. The contract requires up to 100 wheelchair trips and 20 stretcher trips per day.

The US government anticipates awarding a firm fixed price contract for the inspection and testing of ground ladders, hoses, appliances, and nozzles. Interested contractors must review the attached draft performance work statement (PWS) and submit a brief capability statement (no more than 2 pages) outlining their firm's capabilities in this industry, and any prior experience performing similar contracts. The service agency is responsible for attaining no escort required access to the following naval installations. Service agency personnel must be able to pass a background investigation to allow access to naval installations. Service agency shall obtain DBIDs IDs for all personnel prior to testing to ensure access to installations. The government will not pay for any costs incurred by interested parties in preparing their responses to this source sought notice. A list of equipment and their locations is provided.
