The contractor shall deliver the forklift within 10 days of contract award.

Respondents should submit sufficient information to enable the evaluation committee to fully ascertain each respondent's capability to perform the requirements contemplated by this solicitation. The contract may be canceled or terminated by the contracting public agency, and all money due or to become due hereunder may be forfeited, for any violation of the anti-discrimination provisions of the contract.
