The service must include continuous process improvement for data quality. Data must be provided monthly, and aggregated quarterly sales data must also be provided. The RFQ close date is 09/16/2026. Payment terms are Net 30 days after government acceptance.
The food label ingredient data will be provided on a monthly basis, and the sales data will be provided as aggregated quarterly data on a quarterly basis.
Payment shall be made for items accepted by the government that have been delivered to the delivery destinations set forth in this contract.
The contractor warrants and implies that the items delivered under this contract are merchantable and fit for use for the particular purpose described in this contract.
The government intends to award a purchase order resulting from this rfq to the responsible quoter whose quotation in conforming to this solicitations requirements represents the best value to the government. best value is defined as lowest price.
If the services are rejected for failure to conform to the technical requirements of the taskorder, or any other contractually legitimate reason, the contractor shall not be paid, or shall be paid an amount negotiated by the co.
All quoter questions and requests for clarifications in response to this rfq are due to the government point of entry gpe no later than monday **** at 5: 00 pm et.
Quotes not meeting therequirements of this rfq will be considered technically unacceptable and therefore shall not be considered for award.
The government will award based on the lowest evaluated price quote meeting the acceptability standards as stated in thisrfq for technical price factors.
