All payment terms shall be net 30.

The bid schedule includes a 5 year x 12 warranty parts labor.

Respondents must provide a complete description of their company and prior experience with similar agreements.

Failure to complete all requested information may result in the disqualification of your response.

Delivery of bins, dumpsters and roll offs or other units to be completed by within 3 days of the request.

Payment will be made only upon receipt of the complete order and correct presentation of claim forms or invoices as may be required.

The contractor warrants that materials and equipment furnished under this contract will be of good quality and new unless otherwise required or permitted by the contract.

The board of education reserves the right to award the contracts to the lowest responsible and responsive bidders meeting all of the specifications.

The successful contractor must be a firm regularly engaged in recycling and trash removal, and must have been engaged in work similar to that required at least five years.

If the successful bidder fails, after seven 7 days written notice, to supply enough properly skilled workmen, or proper materials, or fails to prosecute the work to assure completion pursuant to contract terms, the district may terminate the contract without further notice to the contractor.

The school district reserves the right to request a representative sample of the item quoted upon either prior to the award or before shipments are made.

Important contractors currently on the new york state department of labor debarred list will not be considered for any award of this contract.

Bids must be in the possession of the agency's public sales contracting division by the offer closing date and time specified in this IFB. The offer closing datetime is 27 August 2026, 1:00 p. m. , EST.

The billing cycle runs from the 25th to the 24th of each month. Acceptable forms of payment include electronic fund transfer (EFT), bank account ACH, or credit card. Checks or other paper financial instruments will not be accepted. Late payments will incur interest and administrative fees.

The contract shall be awarded to the highest responsive bid submitted by a responsible bidder.

A responsible bidder is one that has the necessary organization, experience, financial resources, accounting process, operational controls, technical equipment and facilities, or the ability to obtain them, to perform the requirements of the sales contract, and has no disqualifying factors.

If full payment is not received within 30 calendar days of the bill, interest will be charged. After 90 calendar days, the debt may be transferred to the debt management office for collection, potentially leading to offset from federal payments, reporting to credit bureaus, or litigation.

Bidders interested in inspecting the property may travel to the designated site. A 48-hour notice is required, and bidders must provide full name, driver's license number, and date of birth to assist with base access.

When the purchaser identifies any discrepancy or questionable item, they shall initiate a SF364 Report of Discrepancy (ROD) within 30 calendar days after removal of the property, or 30 days from receipt of the billing statement for billing errors.

A bidder will not be eligible for award if they are officially indebted to the government, excluded from federal programs, or subject to denial, suspension, debarment, or other sanctions pursuant to export control and related laws.
