Vendors may withdraw their bids at any time prior to June 30, 2026, 1:00 pm CST. New bids received after June 30, 2026, 1:00 pm CST shall not be considered.
Bids that do not include all required sections may be considered nonresponsive and, as such, may not be considered. Escalation clauses or statements that pricing is subject to change may be grounds for determining the bid nonresponsive.
