Violation of the terms and conditions contained in this solicitation or any resultant contract, at any time before or after the award, shall be grounds for action by the state which may include, but is not limited to, the following: rejection of a bidders solicitation response, withdrawal of the intent to award, withdrawal of the award, negative documentation regarding vendor performance, termination of the resulting contract, legal action andsuspension or debarment of the bidder from further bidding with the state for the period of time relative to the seriousness of the violation.
