The contractor shall not perform inherently governmental functions. The government shall not supervise or task contractor employees in a manner that generates personal services. The contractor shall not employ any person who is an employee of the U. S. government if it creates a conflict of interest, or any employee of the Department of the Air Force without proper approval. The government retains all rights to materials and ideas submitted. The contractor shall keep the contract specialist, contracting officer, and government representative informed of any aspects related to contract support that may impact the conference. Any changes to the contract require written approval from the contracting officer.
