The Department of the Air Force Foreign Liaison Office (DAFFLO) is seeking accommodation support services for the Spring 2026 Air Attaché Tour. The contractor shall provide ground transportation services, including vehicles, drivers, and management, to transport approximately 50 attendees (attaches and spouses) in support of the tour. Services will be performed in Key West, FL, and Joint Interagency Task Force South (JIATFS) sites. The period of performance is from June 7, 2026, to June 9, 2026. Transportation services will be required between **** and **** daily. The contractor must provide appropriate vehicles (motorcoaches, minibuses, or vans) that are safe, properly maintained, climate-controlled, and compliant with all applicable regulations. Vehicles must include a functioning microphone or public address system. Vehicles shall have sufficient capacity for passengers and up to two standard suitcases per person. Drivers must meet installation access requirements for NAS Key West and JIATFS secure areas, pass a background check, and be able to gain access to these areas. Driver licenses, vehicle registration, and license plate information must be provided to the contracting officer no later than 14 calendar days prior to access for each installation. The contractor shall also provide driver contact information for installation security coordination. An onsite contract manager responsible for contract performance must be available. The contractor is solely responsible for compliance with OSHA standards for employee protection. All work must comply with industry standards and all federal, local, and state laws and regulations. The contractor shall not perform inherently governmental functions. The government shall not supervise or task contractor employees in a manner that generates personal services. The contractor shall not employ any person who is an employee of the U. S. government if it creates a conflict of interest, or any employee of the Department of the Air Force without proper approval. The government retains all rights to materials and ideas submitted. The contractor shall keep the contract specialist, contracting officer, and government representative informed of any aspects related to contract support that may impact the conference. Any changes to the contract require written approval from the contracting officer.

The City of Bangor is seeking proposals for preventive and emergency maintenance services for passenger boarding bridges (PBB) and the baggage handling system (BHS) at Bangor International Airport. The contract will be for a base period of one year with the option to renew for two additional one-year periods. Proposers are required to attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting. Proposals must be submitted electronically or via mail/hand delivery by 2:00 PM on Wednesday, June 10, 2026. Questions must be submitted in writing to ***@***. *. * no later than 4:30 PM on Friday, May 29, 2026. The city reserves the right to reject any proposals. Required insurance policies include Workers Compensation, Employers Liability, Comprehensive Automobile Liability, Commercial General Liability, and Professional Liability. A mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit will be held on Friday, May 21, 2026, at 11:00 AM at 287 Godfrey Boulevard, Bangor, Maine.

The requirement is for a contractor hotel to provide all labor, supervision, supplies including meals, lodging, and meeting facilities for the sockor preservation of the force and family potff marriage retreat and spiritual resiliency event. The contractor shall provide transportation via two buses for 76 people to and from a hotel preferably in Sokcho, Gangneung, and the Yangyang coastal region. The hotel must have direct beach access and availability for the event on June ****, 2026. More information is provided in the statement of work.
