The contract guaranteed minimum quantity is 33,498 pairs for Lot **** and 22,332 pairs for Lot ****. The government reserves the right to place orders up to the maximum contract quantity. The solicitation will be posted on the DLA internet bid board system (DIBBS). Proposals must be submitted electronically through DIBBS. Restrictions on foreign content apply. The initial production lead time is 180 days, and subsequent follow-on production lead time is 150 days. Inspection acceptance is at origin. Delivery destination PGCs are provided.
