Awards will be made to the respondents whose response is the most advantageous to the Lakewood Board of Education, price and other factors considered, and who will provide the highest quality service at fair and competitive prices. The service provider must be approved by the New Jersey Department of Education to provide the services contemplated herein and should affix a copy of said approvals to the proposals submitted as of the due date for the submission of the request for proposal. A pre-proposal meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, at 11:00 a. m. at the Lakewood Board of Education, 200 Ramsey Ave. , Lakewood NJ **** is not mandatory but is encouraged. Any prospective respondent who wishes to challenge an RFP specification shall file such challenge in writing with the School Business Administrator/Board Secretary no less than three (3) business days prior to the opening of RFP responses.
