Vendors must have a meaningful connection to Albany County and the greater capital region, an engaged audience with measurable interaction rates, consistent professional content production, experience with local content, a positive reputation, and active social media accounts. Offerors must have prior experience in organizing large-scale interactive public fairs or events, preferably with a focus on innovation, technology, and culture. They must demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with the U. S. Embassy Bangkok and adhere to U. S. government branding and messaging guidelines. Offerors shall be registered in the SAM system for award management database.
