This is a request for statements of qualifications (RFQ) for professional service contracts to design waterline replacement work. A prequalification process is in place to minimize costs. The open date is August 4th, 2025, 12:00 PM EDT; questions due August 20th, 2025, 5:00 PM EDT; and the close date is August 29th, 2025, 1:00 PM EDT. This is a sole source procurement for library services. OCLC, a consortium of libraries, is providing services directly, rather than through regional providers.

The City of Ellsworth is seeking proposals for architectural services to renovate and add to the Ellsworth Public Library. Proposals are due August 8, 2025, at 5:00 PM EST. An optional site visit is scheduled for July 25, 2025, at 9:00 AM. Questions and requests for clarification must be submitted by August 8, 2025. An industry standard agreement will be drafted and executed. Proposals will be evaluated based on relevant experience, proposed methodology, cost, and value of services. The City reserves the right to reject any or all submissions.

The City of San Antonio Aviation Department is issuing an IFB for the demolition of the badge and ID office. Online bidding is utilized via Civcast. The bid opening date is Friday, August 15, 2025, at 2:00 PM CT. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, July 17, 2025, at 10:00 AM CT. A site visit is mandatory for interested bidders and must be scheduled in advance with Adrian Pena. The deadline for questions is July 24, 2025, at 4:00 PM CT. The estimated construction budget is $300,**** documents are required to be downloaded and submitted in Civcast, including additional supplemental general conditions, contract signature page, unit pricing form, experience qualifications form, etc. The work is to be substantially completed within 42 calendar days. Subcontracting requirements, local preference program, veteran-owned small business preference program, responsible bidder ordinance, and heat illness ordinance are also mentioned. Bidders must meet prevailing wage rate requirements. The award of the contract does not guarantee the contractor the entire work shown in the IFB. The City may order all, some, or none of the work.

The project involves the demolition of a historically significant building (Badge and ID office, building ****) at San Antonio International Airport. Specific architectural elements (travertine cladding, commemorative plaque, reinforced concrete columns) must be salvaged and delivered to a designated storage location. The demolition must comply with FAA, EPA, OSHA, and local regulations, minimizing disruption to airport operations and ensuring environmentally responsible disposal. Deliverables include an inventory list of salvaged elements with condition reports, a final demolition report, and delivery/receipt confirmation for salvaged items.
