Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) are due by July 31, 2026, 12:00 PM.

The city anticipates selection in Phase Two based on a combination of qualitative factors and proposed fees.

A non-mandatory pre-submission meeting and site visit will be held at the Fletcher Free Library on July 14, 2026, at 8:30 AM.

An interior site visit will be conducted on July 17th at 7:00 AM EDT at the main building of the Lee County Healthcare Facility. his 2nd amendment will be for an interior room and window site visit to be conductedon the 17th of july at 7: 00 a. m. edt.

Bidders must be qualified pursuant to the solicitation. only bidders qualified pursuant to that solicitation may bid on this contract.

Failure to complete and sign the antinoncollusion affidavit will result in the bid not being considered. his bid will not be considered unless this form has been fully completed and signed and certified by the bidder.

All glass removal and installation shall be completed within 60 days after glass panels are produced and received by the contractor. The entire contract will be 180 days from contract award.

Payment will be made in arrears after completion and acceptance of all services. Invoices shall be submitted in arrears.

The contractor warrants and implies that the items delivered hereunder are merchantable and fit for use for the particular purpose described in this contract.

All contractor and subcontractor employees working on the project shall have passed a local sheriff/police department, fingerprinting and background check prior to working at the Lee County Health Care Clinic.

If the appropriate correction is not made within the timeframe specified, the government shall have the right to terminate the contract in its entirety.

A site visit will be made available for all those who want to attend. The site visit will be conducted on the 22nd of June 2026 at 9 am at the Department of Veterans Affairs, Lee County Health Clinic LCHC.

The contractor shall be responsible for providing a **** glass panel product sample for color acceptance and glass panel construction acceptance.

Violations of VA regulations may result in citation answerable in the United States federal district court. If the appropriate correction is not made within the timeframe specified, the government shall have the right to terminate the contract in its entirety.
