The data must be sourced from reputable providers, include historical and projected data, and have a specific focus on the industry. At least yearly updates are required. Respondents must provide company information, identify any unduly restrictive requirements, suggest ways to encourage small business participation, indicate if their company is a small business or not, identify an alternative NAICS code if necessary, and describe their experience in providing similar services.
