Contractors may be disqualified if their RPSGTs have had registrations restricted, suspended, revoked, or denied. Failure to comply with legal provisions, including those related to employment of illegal aliens, can lead to contract termination. Breaches of conduct, such as intoxication, theft, or patient abuse, can result in refusal of VA access.
