The closing date for quotes has been updated to April 17, 2025. All other terms and conditions remain the same. This is a firm-fixed-price (FFP) unit procurement to acquire one valve. The period of performance is 180 days from the date of the order. Early and incremental deliveries are authorized. DCMA must provide inspection and acceptance of all units prior to shipment. Failure to ensure DCMA inspection and acceptance will prevent or delay payment. The government's acceptance of the contractor's proposal constitutes a bilateral agreement to issue contractual documents. This is a rated order certified for national defense use, and the contract will follow all the requirements of the defense priorities and allocations system regulation 15 CFR 700. The material supplied must be mercury-free. The contractor is responsible for all inspection requirements. Records of all inspection work must be kept complete and available to the government during the performance of the contract and for a period of 365 calendar days after final delivery of supplies. Offerors consideration for award of contract shall be given only to authorized distributors of the original manufacturer's item. All documents and drawings provided by the US Navy must include a distribution statement.
