This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for coating and painting of M48A1 filter components. The solicitation is unrestricted. The offer due date is April 21, 2026. Delivery is FOB destination to Pine Bluff Arsenal, Arkansas. A Certificate of Conformance will be required with each complete shipment. Salt fog testing results must be submitted before starting the process on the first shipment. The government intends to award one firm-fixed-price contract to the responsive and responsible contractor with the lowest price. Quoted pricing shall be inclusive of shipping costs. The period of performance for the base year is from date of award to one year thereafter, with options for a second year. Restricted drawings are available via SAM. gov.
