This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) for gardening services at the US Embassy Quito compound and Chief of Mission Residence. Failure to submit proposals in the specified format, file size, or to be registered in the SAM system at the time of proposal submission shall deem the offeror's proposal to be considered non-responsive and no further consideration will be given.
