Window Cleaning It is the intent of this Invitation For Bid ( IFB) to establish a term contract for Window Cleaning, High- Reach Cleaning, and Pressure Washing to be performed on a routine and & ldquo; as- needed& rdquo; basis at City of Myrtle Beach facilities throughout various locations in the City. The successful contractor shall provide all materials, supplies, parts, tools, equipment, labor, supervision, transportation, and all other items necessary to perform the work required under this contract.

Window cleaning, high- reach cleaning, and pressure washing services Interior and exterior window washing, high- reach cleaning, and exterior pressure washing at various City of Myrtle Beach facilities. Routine services include window cleaning twice per year for most buildings, quarterly for one, and monthly for another. Blinds cleaning is also included for some locations. As- needed services for windows and pressure washing may also be required.
