Invitation for Bids (IFB) for dental equipment for Denton SLC. Bids are due July 8, 2026, at 10:30 AM CT. The estimated historical spend is $46,**** must submit a comprehensive response meeting all requirements. No guarantee of volume or compensation. Negotiations are prohibited. Exceptions may lead to disqualification. Responses must be firm and binding for 240 days. Costs incurred in preparation are the bidder's responsibility. HHSC reserves the right to amend or cancel the IFB. Bidders must notify HHSC of any ambiguities, conflicts, or discrepancies. Questions are due June 30, 2026. Addenda will be posted on the ESBD. Delivery guidelines include observing speed limits, stop signs, and parking in designated areas. Firearms and alcohol are forbidden on campus. No smoking. Contact with residents is forbidden. Cartons must be labeled with contents, PO number, and quantity. Pallets must be shrink-wrapped and labeled. Deliveries are scheduled by appointment between 7:00 AM and 2:00 PM, excluding 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Vendor is responsible for additional warehouse charges. Late deliveries may result in emergency purchases at the vendor's expense. Products delivered must meet specifications; non-compliant products will be rejected or returned at the vendor's expense. HHSC will monitor vendor performance. Bidders must disclose interested parties via Form **** are contingent upon approval. Standards of conduct must be implemented. Protests are handled according to TAC Title 1, Part 15, Chapter 391.
Responses must be received by July 08, 2026, 10:30 am Central Time.
Payment will be made in accordance with chapter **** of the Texas Government Code, the Texas Prompt Payment Act. Invoices must include the contract or purchase order number and describe the work completed in detail.
The award will be made to the bidder who provides the best value to the state, considering bidder meeting or exceeding requirements, ability to meet performance delivery requirements, and price.
To be considered for award, bidders must submit a comprehensive response which includes all required information and documentation as outlined in this IFB to ensure the bidder meets all requirements, possesses the required experience and qualifications, and has the capacity to provide the goods and/or services described in this IFB.
HHSC reserves the right to purchase late items on an emergency basis and charge any resulting increase in price to the awarded vendor. Products delivered that fail to meet specifications or are not the actual items awarded on the contract shall be rejected or returned at the vendors expense.
Protest procedures are provided in Texas Administrative Code, Title 1, Part 15, Chapter 391, Subchapter C.
Failure to comply with IFB instructions, submission requirements, or failure to respond to HHSC requests for missing information or corrections by the deadline may result in disqualification. Bidders may be disqualified for unsatisfactory past performance.
