The award will be made to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered, specifically technical capability, past performance, and price.

Contractors must possess a current business license for pest control services in Texas and directly employ a licensed and certified pesticide applicator in Texas. Preference will be given to QualityPro accredited companies.

A site visit is mandatory and will be conducted on June 16, 2026, at 9:00 AM CST in San Antonio and June 17, 2026, at 9:00 AM CST in Kerrville.

Failure to submit a complete offer in accordance with the instructions, including all required documentation and fill-in clauses, will result in removal from further consideration for award.
