replace air handlers in patient areas The contractor shall completely prepare the site for construction operations, including demolition and removal of existing equipment, temporary hvac, electrical, chilled water, steam, commissiontesting, dustinfection control, and furnish labor and materials for the replacement of eight 8 air handlers to be located within the hospital building 200 and 200e. The contractor will be responsible for asbestos containing materials acm and lead based paint lbp remove and mitigation, including floor tile, and mastic removal, where it occurs inside the project area. This requirement also consists of all labor, materials, equipment and supervision to perform new electrical, controls and communications to the spaces renovated. Work also requires mechanical, plumbing and fire protection construction work to include materials and equipment.
