This is a non-personal services contract for
software,
software license, residency
management suite, site license for 298 residents and annual onsite training at the Naval Medical Center Portsmouth. The contract requires the vendor to provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the services. The services include
software,
software license, maintenance, and technical support. The period of performance is from October 1, 2025 to September 30, 2029, with options for three additional years. The work will be performed at the government facility. The contractor is not required to perform services on holidays. The contractor must maintain an adequate workforce for the uninterrupted performance of all tasks. Contractor personnel must possess and wear an identification badge. The vendor must provide all
software maintenance releases as soon as possible after release, but no later than 14 days after release. The supplied
software license shall be provided free of all additional royalties or charges. All supplied
software must be certified free of damaging properties such as viruses, trojan horses, worms, etc. The use of all supplied
software is for the sole use of the NMCP. The NMCP agrees not to share, sell, copy, and lease or assign supplied
software without the expressed permission of the vendor. The NMCP shall make all attempts to preserve the proprietary nature of all supplied
software. The vendor shall take all reasonable measures to safeguard any and all NMCP file data. All technical support personnel must be adequately trained and knowledgeable of supplied
software. The vendor needs to be able to input the data collected in the current server system to the new system without losing or damaging any of the data.
Software and/or hardware must be an approved product by the Defense Health Agency (DHA), and authorized to be used on the DHA network.
