All bids over $100,000 shall include provisions for a payment bond in the amount of twenty-five percent (25%) of the contract price.

For this project, the contractor and applicable subcontractors shall possess an active BCB SM, BCB or BCC Tennessee Building Contractor License prior to submitting a bid. Failure of the contractor and applicable subcontractors to provide copies of their appropriate license shall result in the disqualification of the bid.

Any bid not in strict compliance with the requirement of Tenn. Code **** shall be rejected.

The period of performance for this contract is from August 6, 2026, to August 11, 2026. Specific deliverables have varying deadlines, such as the lumber package by August 8, 2026, and radiation buttons by August 9, 2026. The closeout report is due no later than 7 days after the period of performance.

The contractor must provide qualified personnel, including subject matter experts with specific certifications and experience in areas such as NIMS/FEMA, rope rescue, confined space operations, structural engineering, and fatality recovery. Ambulance personnel must be at least EMT level trained and ALS dedicated. Contractors requiring CAC cards must meet eligibility standards, including a favorably adjudicated tier 1 investigation.

The government reserves the right to direct the removal of an employee from government property or revoke access to government systems for misconduct, security reasons, or any overt evidence of communicable disease. The bid deadline for submissions is June 8, 2026, at 10:00 AM EDT.

Bidders must upload a Bid Bond, Bid Form, Non-collusion Affidavit, Affidavit re accepting provisions of the Workmens Compensation Act, Bidder Qualifications Questionnaire, Act 127 Verification Form, and complete the Bidder Acknowledgements Questionnaire and General Construction Pricing bidtable.

The bid notice does not require sample submission.
