Truman State University is requesting proposals for printing and mailing services. Proposals are due by 2:00 PM Central Time on Thursday, May 29, 2025. The RFP documents are available at www. ***. *. * selected vendor will print and mail various recruitment publications, including senior search pieces, postcards, junior search pieces, visit brochures, experience weekend postcards, road pieces, and view books. Vendors must submit a sample card stock in the color purple with their proposal. The RFP includes detailed specifications, requirements, and evaluation criteria. Missouri preference and diversity participation are also considered.

The project requires testing of various prototype fabrics at different temperature conditions (hot, ambient, and cryo) to characterize their performance for NASA's Artemis suit. Vendors will receive pre-cut specimens, perform tests using the specified ASTM standards, and provide a final report with test results and photos. The period of performance is 6 months after the award of the task order, and testing will be performed on an as-needed basis. No travel expenses are included.

This procurement is a limited source justification for a multiple award contract (MAC) above the simplified acquisition threshold (SA) for mobile services for the devcom sc workforce. The justification cites unacceptable delays (at least 3 months) in fulfilling agency requirements if the contract is awarded to a non-incumbent (ATT). The existing devices are already configured for use on an MDM server managed by DISA, a process that must be performed by agency personnel and cannot be completed by any of the contract vendors. Awarding to a new vendor would require the agency to return all existing devices to ATT, and then provision new devices, causing significant downtime and impacting mission tasks. The contract was awarded on 15 April 2025 through the required spiral 4 contract vehicle.

This is a non-competitive request for quotation (RFQ) for educational services. The contract is a continuation of a current contract with Foundation for Advanced Education in the Sciences, Inc. (FAES). The acquisition is for educational courses for 6 card students, including specific courses in data science, genomics, and bioinformatics. Offerors must include a completed copy of FAR clause ****, with their offer. Proposers are required to complete and sign SMUD's CNDA to receive supporting documents related to the scope of services (site arrangements, prelim acceptance, electrical interconnection agreements, property descriptions, sample contracts). Detailed information regarding the scope of services is provided in sections 5 and 6 of the sample agreements, attached. The operator is responsible for all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to accomplish the work. The operator is in complete charge of and has full responsibility for the care, custody, and control of the projects, including all operations and maintenance, and the supply or procurement of all necessary materials, equipment, supplies, accessories, spare parts, consumables, and other items for operation and maintenance, and maintenance of all records.
