Failure to provide all required items as part of the bid submittal, including drydock/travel lift certification, welder certification, project schedule, contractor safety plan, and past performance, will be considered an incomplete submittal and the bid will not be considered.

All work shall be complete within 90 calendar days from the issuance of the purchase order.
