Fire Station 10 Fleet Annex Building Rebid 1. Furnish all labor, equipment, and material for the constructing of a fleet annex repair shop, approximately 7, 300 sf in size. The shop includes 4 large vehicle repair bays, 1 small vehicle repair bay, 1 storage bay, a cubicle area, a private office, an employee lounge, a restroom, and a storage mezzanine. Site work includes regrading, retaining walls, new pavement areas, and parking spaces. 1. 2 Furnish all labor, equipment, and material necessary for the construction of a new preengineered metal carport building for fire department vehicle shaded parking. total approx. improvement areas: 4, 000 sf building footprint, additional 2, 000 sf paved driveway 1. 3 Furnish all labor, equipment, and material necessary for the construction of a new paved parking area for decommissioned vehicles. total approx. improvement paved area 10, 000 sf of heavy duty concrete pavement 1. 4 Provide resuflor screed tg46 tx resinous coating in areas as indicated on room finish schedule
