The USDA invites offers to sell yogurt and butter products for domestic food distribution programs. Bids are due by 1 PM CT on May 5th, 2025. Deliveries are between July 1st, 2025, and September 30th, 2025. The acquisition is unrestricted, firm fixed price. The opening date is 05/06/2025 at 10:00 AM CST. All vendors must be registered in the lagov system. A W9 form is required for newly registered vendors. All attachments must be printed and reviewed. The contract is for an initial 1-year period beginning July 1, 2025, or date of award, whichever is later, and ending June 30, 2026. The contract may be renewed for two additional 12-month periods.
